So this is what our kitchen looks like the day before Turkey Day!!! Ash and I have decided to go all out and make a spread that would make the Indians say "please don't kill us." Tonight we are going to make apple, pumpkin and chocolate cream pie. Then Dan, Azu, and maybe some other people will come over for food, fun and no foturkey. The bird is going to be cooked exactly how Alton says and it is going to kick ass!!! Well even if it isn't I'll let you know how it turns out.

Oh, and nice work convincing Ash to let you cook it Aton's way! It is going to be the most glorious feast in the history of Thanksgiving! Follow Alton to salvation.
Allrighty you guys. The only way to get a turkey here is to buy it on the hoof and then haul out your biggest knife.
I'm rooting for Alton's way but have a distinct memory of sweet potatoes and adobo sauce.
