am I at work?

I get pulled over today for being clocked at 57 in a 40 zone. The cop dropped it to 10 over so it was $130 fine instead of a $260 and two points off my license, but then a horrible injustice was rendered upon me, 80 Fing bones for wearing OPEN TOED SHOES!!! It's like riding a bike is working for a hazardous government regulated corporation. Does anyone remember anything about an open toed shoe law when taking the AMA safety course? Cause I dont...At all! Dos BULLSHIT!
